Your personal information will be dealt with in line with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

In accordance with insurance regulations, your details will be kept for seven years after the last session.

Any paper copies of forms will be kept in a locked cupboard and any information held on-line will be kept on a computer which is password protected. Any details held on the mobile phone is also password/finger print protected.
